Weight Loss Diet The Best Way To Use A Weight Loss Calculator
Using a weight loss calculator can help you determine, to the exact number, how much weight you have lost due to your weight loss plan. Many people swear by a weight loss calculator because it provides them the accurate numbers they need to complete their weight loss goals. It also helps give them a good indication as to where they are headed if they continue their current course of action. Using a calculator to determine your weight loss is a great motivating factor if actually seeing the numbers drop or go up is a way in which you are motivated to lose weight.
Other people are not motivated by actually seeing the numbers of their weight loss cruise by on a calculator or a computerized mechanism of any sort, so they rather keep a general basis marking of what it is they need to achieve and rely on scales to get there. In other words, they would rather intermittently weigh themselves instead of having constant calculations of their progress. It really, in the end, all comes down to personal preference in terms of whether you decide to use a weight loss calculator or not and actually ends up revealing an awful lot about how you intend to lose weight.
The Basics Of The Device
You can start using your weight loss calculator the instant you get it out of the box. It will calculate your goal weight and your actual weight and begin to deliver state of the art attempts at telling you how much you will need to lose by when to get to your goal. It will even logically try to measure out what you will need to lose in amounts coupled with times, so that you can accurately see if you are on track towards your weight loss goals. It calculates body types and other elements, too, to give you as close to an accurate weight loss estimation as possible.
You should, of course, remember that a weight loss calculator is just an estimation of weight loss and cannot at all accurately guess exactly how you will end up in terms of weight loss. You can, however, use it as a rough guide for yourself and determine how much weight you need to lose and how you need to lose it with its assistance. This is the best function it can offer you because using it for an objective source is simply not going to work out.

August 5th, 2010 at 4:28 amYou need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving…maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.
August 5th, 2010 at 4:59 amyou need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Good luck and stick at it.
August 5th, 2010 at 5:02 amlol omg i can totally relate! Used to be a size 10 before uni and gained loadsa w8 but guys seemed to love the ”thickness” – it gave me confidence and ignored my weight gain…until i came back home and reality hit me lol

August 6th, 2010 at 4:43 amGet off Depo. It is dangerous and completely messed my hormone levels up. I was having menopausal symptoms at only 23!
When I switched to a different birth control the weight started coming off on its own…
August 6th, 2010 at 9:51 amany sport is good for weight loss.
August 6th, 2010 at 9:56 ambuildin muscle is good for raising the amount of calories you burn on a regular basis (and burns them) and doing aerobic like running or swimming burns the calories.
balance your eating. eat carbs and proteins, try to avoid fats and processed foods.
eat small meals several times a day to prevent your body from feelin hungry.
check yourself according to your body fat and not according to the scale, you dont need to be skeletal like some of those models.
pinch your skin around ur waist area, if it's thicker than 1/2 an inch then you need to lose a couple lf pounds. DONT go just by the tables because they dont take into account muscle weight and build.
i wonder if you think about anything other than yourself? maybe you think about who’s thinking about you.
August 6th, 2010 at 2:48 pmYou are Beautiful!

August 6th, 2010 at 7:29 pmI did fatloss4idiots diet plan and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I've kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn't eat and you didn't have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn't typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.

August 7th, 2010 at 3:50 amDiet wise, you know, no junk. no processed food.
* Instead of having 3 large meals in a day, have 5-6 small meals. Make sure to keep a gap of 2-3 hours between two consecutive meals. It will help speed up your metabolism and result in burning of more calories. Have protein, carbs & fat in a 40/40/20 percentage.
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. The more you increase your water consumption, the better it is.
* Never ever skip meals or eat too less in order to lose weight. It will only make your metabolism slower, resulting in an even slower burning of calories.
*check out this site to determine how many calories you need daily to sustain you weight – then eat less.

Check with the gym trainers on food supplements like whey protein.
Now I know you want a quick fix, too, and a pill that helps burn fat. Try Hydroxycut. Worked for me, but it's not cheap & can wreak havoc with your system.
That said, there's a cardio training regimen called High-intensity interval training (HIIT). You sprint & walk. Can take only 15/20 minutes a day, 3/4 times a week. It is the current best way to raise your metabolism & burn fat. Here's a site that describes it in detail.

Also, to help tone that tummy try core exercises. A coupla sites:

August 8th, 2010 at 12:02 pmYou seem to be doing good!
The basics to losing weight is really so simple.
Burn up more than you take in.
So, eat healthy; like you're doing, and drinking a lot of cold water.
Exercise as oftn as you can. Weights are ok, but more cardio.
Don't eat fried foods. Don't use butter/margerine…that kind of stuff. Stay away from dressings and the 'fatty' stuff.
Your stomach will shrink and you won't feel as hungry. You have to train it the way you do anything with your body. I think you're doing great. Keep yopur food portions small, eat a little more frequently maybe, but keep the overall intake low.
Good luck I think you're well on your way, and I applaud you for your diligence!
