The Energetic Supplement- No-xplode

If you are looking for something to compare to…there is nothing! If you are looking for a product that has similar ingredients…you won’t find it! If you are going to wait until a knock-off comes out and try that…you will be extremely disappointed! NO-Xplode is truly revolutionary in every aspect."http://www.thesupplementden.com.au">NO-Xplode
The ingredient profile is mind-blowing! Many of the ingredients in NO-Xplode are completely unique and relatively unheard of, and to date have never been applied to a product of this magnitude. If you think there is something out there, or that will come along, that will outperform this product – it’s not possible! I spent year developing this product and it is more complicated to formulate than imaginable. Most companies are not willing to spend the time or money on trying to develop a product of this caliber. In an effort to protect NO-Xplode from knock-off companies, BSN has filed for various patents to help protect the products integrity. Simply, there has never been a product to date that has even come close to producing the growth, pump, mental focus, and performance factors that NO Xplode will come to be know for. NO-Xplode is an amazing accomplishment in the history of supplementation.

The RDA [Recommended Dietary Allowance] for Magnesium is 300-400mg/day. The UL [upper intake level] is 1000/ml per day. That means that you can safely take up to 1000 mg without the risk of toxicity.
So, take a powder or supplement if you want. My nutrition teacher would have said, "Just eat foods with magnesium". If you have a well balanced diet, you wont have to worrie.

May 5th, 2010 at 6:07 ami just bought the new Intra Bedtime Pre Rem Sleep Super Muscle Volumizer by BSN! I KNEW IT WAS A F***ING RIP OFF!!!!
May 5th, 2010 at 11:14 amI have been taking serious mass for a while (I bought a concrete sack on the stuff lol), but have recently stopped as im going for a cut.
I personally quite liked the serious mass. I've seen some decent gains since I started to use it, and to be honest I haven't really put on any extra fat (Im a hardgainer with a very fast metabolism so im lucky). I also noticed my recovery period was quite a bit shorter than with other supplements I have taken in the past.
I would recommend, but remember when taking things like this which carry over 1600 calories in a shake with milk, you have to keep the hard work up, or you will start to put on that extra fat!
As for energy boost, I take nitrix (a N2O supplement which i swear by). When taking nitrix after a few weeks, im sure most people (who have taken it) will agree that your strength and the amount of time you can train at the gym is improved. Be careful though, it carries a hefty price tag!
Best of luck on your weight gain!
May 5th, 2010 at 12:58 pmwhat about creatine? would you reccomend that?
May 6th, 2010 at 3:02 amThe sounds in your joints are probably "crepitus." These sounds are usually benign and develop as our joints age or start to degenerate. (Even young, healthy people can develop crepitus, especially if they've been active or had injuries). If the sounds are accompanied by pain or "joint locking," or they follow a trauma, then it's time to see a doctor as this could be a more serious issue such as a "loose body" in the joint itself.
May 6th, 2010 at 12:30 pmThere are no supplements that will stop the clicking sounds but Glucosamine Sulfate is a great supplement that helps to support the ligaments and joint tissues. It's a little expensive but make sure to get a higher quality version with "MSM."
You might also try doing your exercise just to the point of hearing the sound and then repeat the exercise. Often crepitus occurs at our "end-range of motion." So if we do a squat, for instance, and hear the sound when our knees and hips are fully flexed. Then try to do the same motion just stop before you hear the sound and repeat.
I hope this helps. Best of luck to you!
vitamin d, u need it for high protein diets

May 6th, 2010 at 9:11 pmFocus HF by Source. I've used the original Source micronutrients for 4 years and cannot be more pleased with the bloom in the coat. The HF formula is a pellet containing everything needed to grow strong, healthy hooves. I've a TB with white feet and the Source alone is letting her stay barefoot on rocks and gravel and the rough riding we do. My riding buddies have to at least shoe fronts if not all four. It's the only suppliment she's on with her normal pelleted feed. I call her my little mountain goat.

May 7th, 2010 at 2:50 amif it was easy to tell it wouldn't be a double blind test would it?
May 7th, 2010 at 1:33 pmyou signed up and probably are getting paid to make this an honest test. just deal with it.
Finally man, a video that speaks the truth.
May 7th, 2010 at 10:24 pmhonestly no supplement out there is going to work without proper exercise and a balance diet.
to start off with focus on cardiovascular work. 3 – 4 days a week of treadmill, bike, stairmaster, etc.. work for 30 45 min and always go for time rather than intensity (meaning lower down the level inorder to complete your time if you have too)
I hope this helps. I'd do this for at least 1 month before starting weight training. when a months up ask again
May 7th, 2010 at 11:03 pmPost workout that is important. I was not doing it for a long time & was losing muscle like crazy. I do that now & Casein at night and BCAAs and it is helping. I bought cell Tech Muscle tech, but have not opened and saved my bill. I am probably going to take it back.
May 8th, 2010 at 7:09 amConsult the doc before taking any.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
